FBI director Christopher Wray said he would resign before President-elect Trump's inauguration on Jan. 20. Wray is seven years into a 10-year term, and his departure comes after Trump made it clear he wanted Wray out. Trump has chosen Kash Patel as the new FBI director, who will need to be confirmed by the Senate. NBC News' Peter Alexander reports.
