Former Defense Secretary Mark Esper, who served under President Donald Trump during his first term, told NBC News' Kristen Welker that the administration "made the right call" on striking Iran. Welker asked Esper to explain how hard a regime change would be in Iran and how the assassination of Qasem Soleimani in 2019 laid the groundwork for relations for Iran.
